Please join us for our inaugural participation in the Sir Douglas Nicholls Round.

All competitive teams will proudly wear a unique YJFC Indigenous Jumper – all sponsored by some wonderful businesses meaning each player will keep their own after the matches. Our design was a collaboration of a number of players, families & indigenous elders & one we are so truly proud of.

This particular evening is special, starting with our undefeated U14 Girls v DCWFC @ 5.30pm.

At the end of this match we formally open our round with an official WELCOME TO COUNTRY & SMOKING CEREMONY. Our guests will include Indigenous elders as well as a strong cohort of league, council, political, sporting leagues, sponsors & community members & will feature the traditional sounds of the didgeridoo.

This ceremony will be followed by our U15s v South Morang in what promises to be a closely contested game.
