The Nillumbik Community Awards was held this week to recognise the outstanding individuals and groups who make the Shire a vibrant, inclusive and inspiring place to live.

YJFC were delighted to be nominated in the category of ‘Contribution to Reconciliation’ for our NAIDOC Week annual event held at our club.

We are so very pleased and humbled to have been awarded winner for this category which was proudly accepted by our President Daniel, VP Andy & Girls Coordinator, Rachael 🙌🏼

We want to thank so many people – the members who started this initiative, the businesses who have & continue to sponsor our guernseys & night event, the artists, the committee for the endless work behind the scene’s, the families & players for embracing the initiative & to our wider community for stepping up and into this cause. 🙏🏼
